Sales Incentive

To motivate, manage, and reward salespeople, many companies use sales incentive plans that link large commissions or bonuses to individual results metrics.  However, we can add a whole new level of competition into your sales force by offering a highly prized experience.  This would ideally be an experience that is out of reach for most people or not something they would ordinarily purchase for themselves.  It could be an entry for two people to the Cannonball Road Trip in a supercar, a Helicopter experience, a 5 star break away, Michelin Star restaurants or we could survey your sales team to find out what would be the most attractive incentive to them.
