The Full Irish Breakfast

An Irish breakfast will generally consist of some combination of bacon, sausages, eggs, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, white and black pudding and baked beans. But there is something about the ‘Full Irish’ that is quite different to any other breakfast. Perhaps it is the Spicy Clonakilty Black Pudding or the lean sausages or the smoked bacon but as they say in Ireland, it will set you up for the day! Toast and tea are essential sides for this national favourite, which is also a guaranteed hangover cure after an evening drinking Guinness.
